I heard you can "nuke" (i.e. kill) someone's computer by just knowing his IP address with the program called Winnuke. Does anyone know more about it?

Does it come with a time machine to take you back to the days when simply flooding people with munged TCP datagrams would take down the average Win95 box. WinXP? Doubt it. This was fixed by the time NT4 was released, and no router/firewall will pass shit like that anymore. Not that it matters because noone who could afford a new computer/operating system since 1998 will be affected.
