I reinstalled firefox after a reformat and now half the time while browsing the web i get an odd "jump" going on like a tool bar is being added and taken away over and over. Any one have a fix / have had it happen to them?

Any one have a fix / have had it happen to them?I reinstalled firefox after a reformat and now half the time while browsing the web i get an odd "jump" going on like a tool bar is being added and taken away over and over. never happened to me. try reinstalling firefox or installing an earlier version
