Balck pixels don't show?

On some of my backgrounds in only the blackest of black areas I find pixels showing as colours. I'd really like a fix for this as it ruins some really good stuff.

wallpaper? bootup? always? ingame?when it shows? when you cleaned your graphic card the last time? what about its temperature(mem/gpu)?since when it occurs/what was the last thing you`ve changed and afterwards the problem came up?

How old is the display, how many pixels are stuck, what are they stuck at, what does your warrenty say?

Have you tried any "pixel unsticking soft" (not saying it works or isn't total bullshit, but it is out there)

just use a sharpie to touch up the screen
