I am fully aware that AGP/PCI-E are far superior to PCI. I was here when that happened. So, before you say it, I don't have the money to get a new mobo. So don't say it. So... what would be the best PCI video card? I'm looking at the Radeon X1300, but I want to know what you think. Besides that PCI sucks.

Why the fuck would you buy a PCI video card? If you can't replace your motherboard and have a non-AGP motherboard, you have a PC that will never run any games other than Tetris and maybe 16 bit console emulators. So stick to the video card you have, which is enough for that, unless you want to absolutely waste your money.
Better save your money and buy a new computer in the future.
I want to waste my money. In case you didn't read it the first time, I am fully aware of the problems with PCI. I have a computer with an AGP mobo and one with a PCI-E mobo. Both of them have better video cards. This computer is fine in all regards save it's lack of advanced video capabilities. It is, in fact the most powerful computer I have, once again, save it's limitations on video carditude. As such, I wish to waste anywhere up to $200 on a video card which will never be as good as it's PCI-E counterparts. PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THE PROBLEM I HAVE. NOT THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE WITH ME, AND THAT I WANT TO HAVE.

Radeon X1300 > Radeon 9250.
I know the exact problem you're in. I myself have this problem and don't wish to upgrade my mobo. There is still some life for gaming in the PCI slot, but not much. The Radeon X1300 will be the last card for PCI, but it still can run most modern games on medium to low settings.

radeon x1300 vista ready video card 256mb is what i got as a sugestion f a 4channer it plays all my epsxe playstation games with the newest plugins and the n64 games at full speed ,i only use my pc for emulation so its ok for me my pc is and old athlon 1.3 ghz with 1gb of sdram pc133 and i have no problems so all the people here need to stfu and try for themselves .l.
I didn't even know there was a PCI X1300 until now. Time for a new motherboard. A new graphics card won't help much here.
