What's are some good app launchers? Docks used to be the best for me but I've already ran out of edge space. I want all my stuff to be a single or double click away from the desktop and icons aren't exactly cutting it out. The text always gets in the way or looks like crap with most of the wallpaers looping.
Is there such a thing as a dock that doesn't need to stick to the edge? The floating tabbed dock in Objectdock is crap. Or maybe away to remove the icon text then enlarge the icon itself?
