I can't get my computer to work. I'm a natural with computers but haven't been able to learn about them at all so when my brother told me that the computer wasn't working I thought I'd use the other one to see if I can get help.
We've just installed an internet router, we were on for only about half an hour before we got off to play a few games. Later when we tried to get back on it didn't work, so Mit fiddled around a little, being careful.
Now none of the windows are displayed on the taskbar, items on the desktop won't move and a few others that I don't know about and he does. He mentioned that, the last time he turned it off before this started, it came up with the blue XP shut-down screen saying it wanted to update it.
When I heard this I knew this was beyond me. I've not been worrying about it until I noticed a post by someone asking for help here (lucky I chose today to listen to my other bro and check out 4chan, that's why I was stupid enough to post elsewhere on the site)Does anyone know what's happened or any way for me to get help?
