Disable Unhandled Exception Debugger Popup

Is there a way to disable the "Do you want to debug?" unhandled exception popup box. I installed VS2005 and now all sorts of previously fine stuff throws this error like the PHP CLI at the end of execution of a script or Media Center when pressing the skip/FF/RW buttons.
