Palm->.ics?

Is there any way to get my Palm's calender/tasks into a .ics file? What I really want to do is sync it with Rainlendar, but the only thing I could find that's supposed to do that doesn't work for some reason.

I'm using a Tungsten E2 on Windows. Thanks in advance.
