BOOT DISK FAILURE.

For a time now, every once in a while my computer freezes. I don't have anything running, it just freezes. All imput devices lock out and the task manager can't show up. I always have to restart my computer manually and it gives me EROOR: BOOT DISK FAILURE BOOT FROM CD. Forcing me to shut down... wait a few minutes... then start the computer up again. What could be the problem?

Also, I've notced lately my computer takes really long to shut down. Longer than usual. How can I fix that?

Open the case and check for bad capacitors. I had weird problems like this with my old computer, when it was dying.
