Samsung SyncMaster 941BW 19" question

I was wondering if anyone else had one of these, and if they know if you can tilt the screen to make it vertical. The specs for it on numerous sites say "fully tilt adjustable" but I'm not sure if they are talking about the same thing.

and yes I know the image shows a stand that would make it impossible to what I want, but the back image shows what looks like space for a different kind of stand...
