I want to connect with firefox with a proxy IP but how do i find proxy IP addressed? all those free sites on search engines dont work....

that's probably cause
1. the proxy is no longer available
2. the sites that you want to visit over a particular proxy may block proxy access
3. they don't provide access without the correct authorisation

okay, so then how do i get ones that work? this seems to be no problem for some people.

they are lucky and they find a good proxy. out of a list of 30 I usually only find less than 5 good proxies.
