WinXP Pro 2002 SP2
A moment ago I installed some Windows updates and restarted my computer. Now my taskbar is messed up: for every program/window, it displays a tab for it TWICE. There seems to be two toolbars that display programs instead of one. Screenshot:

There was only one instance of FF and one of Notepad running when the screenshot was taken.
I've tried fiddling around with the options and settings given by right-clicking on the taskbar and restarting my computer in various ways but the extra taskbar wouldn't go away. Does anyone know how to fix this?
