Multiple Routers

This is probably one of the most basic questions but can multiple routers be connected together? I want a wireless router for my room due to layout issues but I want to know if I can connect it to the router the rest of my family is using. I want to know if it'll work before I buy anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just get an ethernet cable and plug it into an empty socket of the router and then an empty socket of the wireless router / consult manual.

Yeah, you can plug as many routers into a router as you want as long as there is a free socket.

Just need to make sure that there's a certain logic to the way you're linking them together... though that probably won't be much of a probelm with just 2 routers.
