East Asian Language Support without WinXP CD

I used to have a disc that contained the files needed for the language support, but due to a cd burner malfuction the cd had a been destroyed. Is there any way to get the support without having to use another WinXP cd?

Buy a real copy of XP, instead of pirating it?
