Tweakui just isn't cutting it anymore

What's a good (free) windows tweaker?  There's plenty of them out there but I bought XP Lite and the fag crap just isn't as thorough as I'd have liked (actually removing context entries and such).

X-Setup has much much more tweaks than TweakUI and I think it may be just what you are looking for.

I am the op and holy crap. I think I remember using this in my win98 days but I forgot the name in the sea of tweak utilites.

Haven't tested it yet, but figured I'd share.

Is it possible to use a SATA and a SATA 2 which has been set to 150mb/s in conjunction with each other?  I use a SATA for my boot drive and just installed a new SATA, but when I try to boot windows, it reboots at the blue scrolling bar screen.  Any ideas why this would happen?
