so i heard GeForce 4 is much better than GeForce FX series, is this true, if not why ?
i'm using agp 4x gf4mx440, and what is a pixel shader, does geforce4mx support this ?, do i just need to install newest driver or buy new vga card ?

As do I. The Radeon 9800 Pro has served me quite well for 3+ years. It has run every game I have thrown at it. The aging IS taking notice, some games like that new Unreal Engine 3.0 based game and Splinter Cell Double Agent don't appear to support this gfx. I'll be needing a DirectX10 card anyways, so looks like it's hit the end of the road for me.

It runs Quake 4 on Ultra smoothly (Tweaked), so I'm satisfied.
