ok i got it and here is what it says on the main windows on the right it says
Temp 1:26 C
Temp 2:53 C
Temp 3: 114 C
HD: 36C
Temp 2&3 have little fire icons next to them Y?

Temp 1 is usually case temp, temp 2 CPU core, temp 3 optional remote temperature sensor. In this case, your CPU core temperature is a little high (not dangerously so, but you might want to clean out your heatsink, apply new thermal goo and check your case's airflow). Your temp 3 is probably not connected at all (usually all there is is a couple of header pins on the motherboard), so it defaults to some arbitrary, usually high, value, and can be ignored/disabled. You'd know about it if any part of your PC actually reached 114 degrees C.
