Don't Know Where Else to Ask This...

Ok, so I got a new cell phone. RAZR V3M. All I want to do it put an MP3 I have (or WMA, doesn't matter, I can convert it) as a ringtone. I have the song ON my phone, but I can't figure out how to make it a ringtone. I tried using Phone Tools, but it tells me I have an unrecognized port or something...any ideas?
