Need a mobo/processor combination recc.

I am seeking a new mobo/processor combination.
Preferably ASUS/AMD.
I want the mobo to be both AGP&PCI compatible and processor at least 2800mhz.
My luck has been pretty bad so far, one of you guys have a suggestion?
