AMD 4000+ voltage overclocking

I recently got myself an AMD 4000+ san diego. Not only because its cheap and good, but because i read it overclocks very well.
I got myself a motherboard (Asrock 939Dual-SATA2) i thought was good for what i needed.
Turns out in the bios there are overclocking options, but above them it says "MAX CLOCK AND VOLTAGE" in grey, i cant up the clock, and i can only up the voltage 0.030v

I used systool to overclock, i can get it up 145mhz without instant lockup. But i want it higher as i installed a gigantic brick of a heatsink on it. Is there any utilities that can up the voltage further?

If you have a gigantic brick of a heatsink on it, you can set the fan speed lower and enjoy a silent machine.

Have you lowered the HT multi? Also, you can only up the voltage more if the motherboard supports it. There may be a known hardware mod for you board. Ask around here: http://hardforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2

The fan is completely silent. I can't hear it over my case fans at all.

Your BIOS probably has advanced options that need to be unlocked. Try googling for them.

I am going to start trolling for a few seconds. This only happens like 24/7 so listen up:  You can really have some good times with your computer. You seriously should learn to fix it yourself. Nobody cares about how it runs but you. If you take it to some jackhole and tell him to fix it, it's not going to get done right. Even if you have a father/brother/boyfriend/whatever that you LIVE with who is a Lunix tard and fixes computers for a living, he can't fix it like you can. Even if you're mediocre at best dealing with hardware. Only you use it enough to make a true diagnosis of your computer's health.
