Dual monitor problem.

Name: Anonymous 2006-10-29 14:01

I just recently found a CRT in my garage, and I figured I could have dual monitors hooked into my computer. I run a nVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT running on the latest updated drivers. My first CRT is hooked into the VGA port, while my second CRT is hooked into a DVI port using a VGA to DVI adapter. Both monitors look fine when I start my computer, however, when Windows opens my second CRT monitor (hooked into the DVI port) immediately goes to the screen test and then goes blank. How do I fix this problem so I can have both monitors display the same Windows screen?

Does the GT version have the Clone Screen option. It does on the normal 6600 Version. I have a problem with my display. It has a blue tint. Does yours have that on either display?

No, my one monitor in my VGA port displays a screen, my other monitor in the DVI port is completely blank. I just want both my monitors to display a screen.

Nothing is not better than Photoshop.

Photoshop is better than nothing.

I don't like having programs write DRM data to my MBR though, so I use the GIMP and I love using RGB, faggots.

Search the WINE development lists, the MBR stuff is why Photoshop doesn't work.

(Actually, it's not in the MBR, it's in the space after (), where GRUB stores its files.)

Okay, I searched for it, here it is: http://news.gmane.org/find-root.php?message_id=%3c200610021739.10745.willie%40zeitgeistmedia.net%3e

Read on for more info.

The missing text in the parentheses: you could, I think, partition your system in a way that the space does not exist... maybe not dunno lol
