Audio Delay

I´ve bought a LCD tv last week, and it has some lag between the picture and the sound (about 20ms).

Now i´m looking fo a dvd/soundblaster program for on my HTpc that allows me to adjust a delay between the picture and the sound.

Please help me

How did you measure that? <- simple, i´ve already got a $ony dvr that allows me to adjust the audio sync. and at 20ms the audio is in sync.

Mplayer >.< stupid me, i should have known that. But my cyberlink power dvd delux doesn´t offer that feature. so i guess i´ve never thought about mplayer.
