PCI TV Tuner - no drivers

Okay, I know nothing about this TV tuner, I need drivers for it. I bought this 2 years ago, and I've thrown out the driver CD by accident or misplaced it or something. It's gone. I looked at the TV tuner, doesn't say anything,

Needless to say, I want to watch TV on this. How do I go about this? (Last resort being buying a new card.)

I'm an idiot, there was a sticker with some ID number on it, when I googled it, took me right to the site. Now I have the name of it.
