Boot sector fucked. Can it be fixed?

Long story short, I ran FIXBOOT in the Windows Recovery Console but when it was going to detect the file system it decided it was FAT instead of NTFS. Is there any way to fix this without formatting?

Instead, go to www.opera.com, install www.opera.com on the boxen with the problem and the problem will be fixed.
