LAME frontend with particular features

So i want to convert a lot of mp3 files from 320kbit to VBR. Quality is the same, but the files are a lot smaller which helps me to save space on my portable player. Anyways, that's not the topic.

I tried to convert them with RazorLAME, which is a good frontend for LAME, but it misses various things: It kills all the tags, though there is supposed to be some kind of tag functionality which i tried to use but it failed to work. I'd want all the tags from the original files to be carried over.
Furthermore and more importantly, it does not keep the original folder structure. Which would not be a big deal if i wanted to convert 3 albums, but we're talking about hundreds of albums at once here.

Any suggestions on how to do this? I'm pretty annoyed by now, i tried a lot of different applications but nothing did it the right way. Not cool.

Lol, why do you bother learning to use a complicated frontend which also takes a load of RAM, becomes unscriptable, and requires you to do a million of shit clicks, when you can do that in your command prompt? Hell, at times like this, I regret the mouse getting invented.

Don't change these.
