What it actually is telling you is to switch to Linux

What it's telling you is that it can't reach the tracker for your particular torrent. This is actually fairly common - you get a torrent from somewhere but the tracker for it is down/closed. This is why DHT is useful (so make sure you're forwarding your ports, if necessary, so that DHT can work and you can still get your torrents working if the tracker is down).
