i installed a shitty version of windowblinds on my pc. not only it did not work, but it fucked all my fonts! now everything is in bold... is there anything that i can do to restore my default settings?

use system restore and set it to a state prior to installing windowsblinds.
also, if you want to use visualstyles, try patching the uxtheme.dll (googling will help) instead of installing a shitty program.
