Imaging a single drive to RAID 0

I have three disks, my oringal 40gb maxtor which I'm running off now with win2k, which I would like to image onto a RAID 0. Is this possible? I attempted this with Norton Ghost with failure.

Ah, forgot to say, I want to copy/image/ghost my current OS onto two SATA WD's in RAID 0.
