Yate loons are super quiet. But quiet = not powerful.
Other good ones to try are Panaflo, Antec TriCool (have 3 speeds), Silverstone (anything by silverstone is good, and usually comes with a speed control so you can just turn a knob to see what works best for you), Vantec, and Zalman
