they're all the same, and you, your friend, or anyone really, is going to tell the difference.
the first three you listed are all cat5e cables (like cat5 but better) and the last one was cat6.
they all do the same thing, the cat6 can handle alot more (except dont make that impress you. at the moment, there isnt anything that can take advantage of it)
if your friend plans to use that same cable for upwards a year or so, get the cat6. although its pricetag probably won't be very nice compared to the cat5e's
if you skimmed to the bottom:
they're all the same, get the cheapest one.

Fucked around transfering shit regularly to watch on XBMC and theres definately a noticable difference, i make my own cables too and ive tried different cat5 and cat6 cables and the results generaly average the same.
Color difference just means that they had more x color dye to use as an outer.

only important thing to know is: gigabit ethernet only possible with cat5e, or higher (6, 7)
