Torrent error

Right now I'm using BitTornado (cuz other clients don't work on this computer for some reason) but for every torrent I try to download gives me this error:

Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'Connection refused')>

Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried to open ports and such but I'm not sure if I did it right.

If it's just because you don't know how to manage a VM, check out GCJ.

Azureus and rTorrent are my clients of choice.
