OPERAlog

I'll start this OPERAlog which I'll be updating every time I'm forced to do something with OPERA and find the experience sucks. I don't use OPERA when I need to do serious web browsing, but sometimes I need to use my laptop where I can't use Safari since its processor can't run a Hackintosh. Note: I won't list each annoyance more than once, even if it annoys the hell out of me every day in my life.

Using Opera 9.02

- When you click on a torrent link, Opera wants to download it with its built-in client. However, it sucks dicks for most serious torrents - you can't choose which files you want for starters.
That wouldn't be a problem if the fucker didn't force you to use it. You have to right-click-save-as if you want the torrent to actually be saved to the HD so I can send it to a real client. Why the fuck can't I set it up so that I can shell-open torrent files from Opera?

(BTW, ripping off threads ftw)

Man, if you're going to bitch about Opera, how about using problems that can't be fixed with five seconds of googling? For example:
- The tab thumbnails are a good start, but the implementation is useless. It's faster to just '1' your way through.
- There is no way to get new opened links to always popunder by default. Whoever decided to use the mousewheel as the middle button was a moron.
- Site preferences, while a good idea, are far too limited.
- A BIG ONE: The browser is suffering more UI lag spikes now than ever before. The damn POS will sometimes lock up for several seconds

See? It's not that hard!
