opera tabs on the bottom

anyway i was messing around in userchrome.css the other day, i save the file, open firefox, and my tabs are below the page content. i erase the changes i made, resave the file, quit firefox, reopen firefox, and they're still there. one day later, my tabs are still on the fucking bottom.

I bet it has something to do with that little blue apple in your screen.

Search for an extension to reload the chrome. (Extension Developer Extension, (whatever the name is) for example)
Or you're fucked and need to make a new profile.
