DVD| Pal => Ntsc

Hello 4Chan...

I have a problem, and I hope you guys can help me.

I bought I DVD of Berserk Anime, but this DVD only show colors in my computer.
I think the DVD probably was recorded on Palm, and since my TV and DVD are Ntsc the image appears B&W.

Someone know how I can recorder a new DVD and turn the movie in this one to Ntsc in a new one?

Any program??? Or etc???
