Unicode Image Viewer

I'm tired of waiting for ACDSee to support unicode file names. What's the best image viewer with unicode support?

I know you can set the language for non-unincode programs to Japanese, I had it that way for some time. The problem is that some programs start being displayed in Japanese, and having to go change the option to English and restarting just to use said programs for some minutes is a pain in the ass.
