It's kinda hard to reccommend a shell if you don't specify a) what KIND of shell you want, and b) what PLATFORM you're on.

In fact, in you want a nice looking shell, just head over to Customize.org.  Find a nice looking skin, figure out what shell it's for, and use that.  Most aren't hard to figure out.
