Best MP3 downloading program?

Someone suggest a new program with which to get music.  I've been using Soulseek for a long time and been satisfied until recently, when even the most common of searches returns little to no results (even with latest version).  I'd prefer it have the ability to download entire albums like Soulseek, if possible.

if you don't mind paying $.99 a song, and then not really owning it, itunes music store is the way to go.

Get streamriper32 (NOT streamripper)

Go to www.shoutcast.com and look for stations with music you might like. 128kb bitrate or better, preferably

Use the mini search built in to streamripper32 and search for the stations you liked. Rip and enjoy. Leave it on for a few days and browse muzak at your leasure.

You will probably have to change the user agent to something else (more options button) I change it to winamp, since most streaming servers will reject connections from the 'streamripper32' useragent.
