Always Show Tabbar?

I remember there was a way to make it so the Tabbar always showed on Firefox but I haven't been able to find it? Is it some extension or an option withing Firefox somewhere?

Edit->Preferences->Tabs->"Hide the tab bar when only one web site is open"

uncheck that
