i conned myself into a network admin job at the local school. i will be responsible for 150 computers running win2000 and some xp pro, various win 2000 servers for data, email, the school site and such, and the entire network.
i require serious guides on active directory and general network administrator related stuff. desu.

You will do a shitty job for two years getting paid for nothing then will ultimately be fired for incompetance. Then, the next incompetant person will be hired to restructure the network wrong a second time, starting the whole vicious cycle over and so shall it remain for as long as the person hiring people like you isn't fired for his incompetance.

You need to get yourself a serious active directory and windows network admin book ranging from $50-$200. Believe me when I say, they are pretty heavy reading if you need the knowledge now.
