Alright, so my processor died (amd opteron 165) and I am past my retailer's warranty, so I have to call up AMD, the problem is I don't have an opteron "certified" motherboard, I can't remember, but I am pretty sure it is necessary to have an Opteron certified board to claim my warranty, am I wrong? or will they ask me about it when I call them? Or do they even care?
