TV box thinger for LCD

Need opinions on a tv box for playing ps2 games and watching tv on my lcd without a pc, like this one:

Will the quality be anywhere near decent on a 1280x native lcd or should I just get some shitty $100 tv instead? Reviews are near impossible to find on them.

watching tv will be fine. quality of tv will never be good (unless its HD), tv broadcasts at 640x480... and its interlaced. your better off running tv through your computer through a deinterlacer.

also, all of those types of products have a lag time, usually of over a second. if your 1337 enough to play ps2 games when your controller lags like two seconds behind then yes, yes it will work.
