Hey /comp/. I was changing some icons in 'Folder Options' and when I was done, double clicking on a drive or folder wouldn't explore it, but open up a new search window instead. I checked the commands in Folder Options again, and the only ones listed are 'open' and 'explore', yet Windows insists on using 'search' as the default action for double clicking a folder.
What the fuck do I do?

I had this same thing happen once, although I dont recall just how I fixed it..
but I think it had something to do with fixing the element propertys in that same menu that changes icons.

Yeah, I've been through all the properties and I don't see anything. The problem is that the 'folder' icon is very uncustomizable. I can't edit most of the properties, let alone the icon itself (despite that being the whole fucking point of the menu). Why does Windows have to be so hard? D:

This happened to me once, I don't remember how I fixed it either. I followed the MS Knowledge base article, so google for it.
