I was just wondering if anyone could tell me a program as good as Alcohol. My dad tried installing it on his computer and it screwed up, so now it wont let him install because of some error so I need a new program for him to use.

daemon tools and Nero both have virtual drive capabilities. though neither is as good as alcohol.

Alcohol has gone over to the enemy now that it comes complete with it's memory-resident spyware. Use Daemon tools for mounting and using DVD images, and Nero or DVDDecrypter (old but good) for burning.

we had an alcohol 120% trial version. after it expired, it prompted us to buy the full version any time we right-clicked on a folder. fucking hell.
