ok, so whenever i move a file in my backup drive to a different folder in the drive, i can no longer accsess it. i cant move it, or delete it. i cant fucking do anything. i just get an error message that says "Access denied"
how do i fix hardrive?

use some data recovery software, like O&O disk recovery, or GetDataBack (either for FAT or NTFS, depending)
just recover everything and move it to a seperate working hard drive, then format the botched one and try try again. keep the origonal files somewhere safe while you make copies to put back into the drive, if everything still works, you can delete the copies. if not, might wanna save up 100 bucks and get a new hard drive.
