The best X terminal emulator?

Requirements for being good:
* Good font support, freetype is good.
* Tabs, and easy navigation between them, such as S-Left and S-Right.  MAY NOT PRINT CHARACTER CODES WHEN UNABLE TO SWITCH TAB!!!
* Easy to resize to used-supplied sizes (in characters).
* Not ldd `which konsole` | wc -l -> 48.
* Fast (launch and rendering and whatever else) and small memory footprint.
* No stupid bugs or annoyances.
* Sane key support (home and end).
* Easily configurable.

Basically konsole, but without the k ;)

I'm  not using X now, I'm usin Links to browse the web.  When I'm in X i usually drop out of it and, if it's not that important, I use Gnome Terminal.
