I would love to upgrade from 32 to 64-bit Windows (and eventually Vista), but there is a compatibility snag: I need whole disk encryption (not encrypted virtual disks). A disclaimer is necessary before I ask my question, though.
For the love of fuck, please don't start in how I would have to be a terrorist, warez kingpin, or a criminal in general to want a secure hard drive. I also don't want the cons of whole-disk encryption, like potential data loss and performance decrease. I am aware of the full range of consequences and HEAVENS FUCKING PRESERVE YOU IF YOU DRAW ME INTO AN ETHICAL ARGUMENT.
...so, yeah, does anyone know of any whole-disk encryption software with 64-bit Windows support? I am willing to go commercial and shell out anything under $100.
