IMAGE_FILE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE for Maya 7?

I'm trying to improve WinXP Pro's memory management by enabling the /PAE and /4GB flags in the boot.ini however I can't figure out how and where to add the tag IMAGE_FILE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE for Maya so it can actually take advantage of the damned thing.

Supposedly I need to add the line to the process header for the program but which process header in which file etc etc? I'm at a loss here.
