Windows Stop Error

Okay, so lately I have been getting a blue screen of death, doing insignificant shit, sometimes ill be on 4chan, sometimes ill be playing RO, and I am always in ventrilo, it has never happened to me while gaming. I do not know what is causing it, I haven't installed any new hardware or anything, although I did get one after I installed a new video card. I was fine for a couple weeks but lately I have just had a ton, I had 4 yesterday alone! I have  a 3.0gHz Prescott P4 a 7600GT 1 gb of ram and I am running windows xp media center. I think it might be over heating or something, but I am probably wrong.

Yeah, could be overheating, clean all your fans and heatsinks, grease your fans, and see that nothing gets TOO hot. See if it gets better if you leave the case open.

That Stop-Message is incomplete. Usually this kind of error points to a buggy driver and Win tells you what file/program it thinks caused the problem. That may not be correct, but it can point you in the right direction. Please post the entire Stop-Message.
