To the OP: doesn't exist. They all have catches. Every one. Either ads, popups, forced message-board activity, content restriction, etc. None of them are truly free and clean for use. If they were they would be abused and gone within weeks.

Just Google around for DreamHost coupon codes. DreamHost doesn't give you all the bells and whistles that some hosts do, but they're pretty good, and have rather lax content restrictions (lol pr0n).
