PCI gfx?

I'm building a new computer.  The video card I got is DOA I think.  Is it worth buying a PCI gfx card to check this before I send the DOA card back?

I've looked into it and Tiger Direct sells the cheapest for $21 USDA (after tax and shipping).  Retail stores are a laugh with there prices.

The first AGP specification didn't come out until 1997, and it took at least a year for AGP cards to get popular, therefore 2000 is closer to ~1998 than 1995, bitch.

I think you can still get PCI graphics off of dabs.com. I think people just ubuy them for use with servers or something
